If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Orders for Custom printed items are not eligible for returns.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We suggest calling +86 0591-83656592 or Contacting Us to notify us that an item is being returned.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the product. If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for your order and any applicable shipping charges.
